The 2008 Nationals in Kansas were exciting and rewarding for "Urban Frenchies" and "Petit Motif." Diva at just one year of age made the cut each day but one in the huge Best of Breed classes. Who knows what she would have done if she were to have had a professional handler show her?
Our Thief WON the Stud Dog class with his two "get" Flash and Diva at the Independent Specialty with top stud dogs and eight in his class. He also got a third at the National Specialty in Stud Dog with eleven in his class! Thief also received his GOLD level Registry of Merit award which I am so proud of.
Thief's "kidz" owned and shown by Brenda and John Brown did fantastic having placed and made cuts everyday. Their Dam, Zoey won brood bitch class with her two Thief kidz in tow! They are really going to be something to watch for.
Petit Motif finished Choo-Choo, a Shaymus son. Shaymus won a first AOM at the National Specialty and took a second in Stud Dog at the National Specialty. Several Petit Motif class dogs and bitches placed in the large classes!
We all had much to be thankful for...
